Package Includes

  • Posting of 10 articles as posts/pages (articles to be provided by the client) We will ensure they display correctly.
  • Posting of 10 featured images, 1 for every article (images to be provided by the client)
  • Posting of legally required pages (e.g. privacy policy, disclaimer, terms of use).  We post generic versions of these pages. You have your legal counsel review and edit them as needed.
  • Setup the theme’s SEO optimization for each of the 10 posts and images to help Google discover the keywords you want for each (Keywords to be provided by the client)
  • Setup for the site logo and favicon (images to be provided by the client)
  • Setup for the sidebar banners (images to be provided by the client)
  • Setup for the navigation menu links
  • Setup/integration for the built-in optin form (raw/unstyled script/code to link to autoresponder provider to be provided by the client)
  • Setup for social media links (profile links to be provided by the client)
Note:  If you need help and recommendations in procuring your logo, favicon, autoresponder script, etc. Please ask me via my contact page.  I can provide you with guidance.  It is all part of the package.

How It Works

  • Upon purchase, you will be asked to fill out an online form where information for the standard inclusions of the Pre-done Responsive Theme website build will be asked.
  • We will wait 7 working days for you to provide all the necessary files such as content logo and banner.
  • Team reviews the project brief and ask you questions. If none, proceeds to development.

Development

  1. Developer sets up theme in development.
  2. Adjustments to the theme are done based on the brief.
  3. The current content of your WordPress website will automatically be migrated to the new theme. We can also add up to 10 pages of content provided by you.

Development Sign Off

  1. You sign off the development and give the go signal for launch.
  2. Team submits to you for review and 2 sets of revisions are allowed. Major revisions that change the structure of the original theme design are an addendum.

Launch

  1. Developer reviews and sets up a live server
    • DNS Setup if needed.
    • Backup old files
  2. New website files migration
    • Move website files from a dev site to live server
    • Final setup and review
  3. Project Sign Off
    • Team submits to you for review and testing. Changes done during this stage are an addendum.
    • You sign off the development.
    • Ticket closed.
